Meet EnSafer Bonnie Nguyen! Bonnie is an Environmental Scientist based in Nashville, TN. With a strong technical background in 3D visualizations and modeling, she has applied innovative approaches to reconstructing fossils, showcasing her work both locally and internationally.
In addition to her expertise in 3D technology, Bonnie has experience in a variety of field sampling techniques, data analysis, and report preparation. She is passionate about applying her technical and analytical skills to projects and is committed to helping EnSafe deliver innovative solutions.

Q: What do you value most about being part of the EnSafe team?
A: What I value most about being a part of the EnSafe team is the collaboration and support. My colleagues are talented and hard-working, and we also share a similar mindset and goals, which creates a positive and productive work environment. I also appreciate how supportive and approachable my boss is, which helps me thrive both professionally and personally. It can be hard to find this kind of dynamic in a professional setting, and it’s a big part of why I enjoy being here.
Q: How do your projects positively impact the environment and the communities you serve?
A: The projects I work on span both government and municipal initiatives, which means they contribute to the greater community as well as my local community. While much of what we do happens behind the scenes, I know our work has a positive impact—whether it’s ensuring cleaner water, creating safer environments, or supporting compliance with environmental regulations.
Q: How has your time at EnSafe supported the growth of your skillset and advanced your career in environmental science?
A: My time at EnSafe has been instrumental in advancing my career and skillset in environmental science. EnSafe leadership has been genuinely supportive of my individual growth, encouraging me to pursue my interests and expand my expertise. Over my 6+ years with the company, I’ve had the opportunity to build a strong reputation and prove my capabilities, which has opened doors to new challenges and career growth.
