Phase I (ASTM/AAI)/Phase II Environmental Site Assessments

The need for a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) may arise from clients pursuing Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act liability protection as an innocent owner, a bona fide prospective purchaser, or a contiguous property owner. EnSafe conducts Phase I ESAs to determine the environmental condition of a property and identify risks that may have a material environmental impact on the business associated with a property’s current or planned use.
