| Developing and implementing site
investigations are among the things EnSafe does best. Under a single
contract with the U.S. Navy, EnSafe has investigated more than 100
contaminated sites, including remedial investigations/feasibility studies
(RI/FSs) and RCRA facility investigations and corrective measures studies (RFI/CMS);
remedial design/remedial performance specifications, and remedial action
oversight. EnSafe is currently managing major RFI/CMS projects for the
Department of Defense at NSA Mid-South, NSY Charleston, NWIRP Dallas, and
NWIRP McGregor.
EnSafe has managed more than 20 federal and state Superfund sites across
the U.S. and is currently managing the RI/FSs and remedial design/remedial
actions at seven National Priorities List sites. EnSafe developed work plans
for each investigation, alternatives evaluation, cost estimates, and design
phase prior to its implementation. At essentially every stage of the
remediation process, negotiations with regulatory agencies are required to
refine the objectives and scope of the project.
